Prequalification of vendors for repair and maintenance services including repair of office furniture fixtures and repair of hardware and equipment on as and when required basis for financial year 2025-26 extendable for one year - procurement through single stage one envelope electronic bidding procedure via EPADS under Public Procurement Rules 2004 - bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments active taxpayers based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with workshop facility and not blacklisted - bid security of 100000 PKR required per category in form of pay order or demand draft with physical submission before deadline and electronic submission through EPADS Pro Tip Ensure submission of both electronic bid and original bid security instrument before deadline
