Procure construction of tubewell and related concrete works for plantation purposes through electronic bidding using EPADS ensuring water supply infrastructure development - bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA and submit bids electronically with bid security of 100000 PKR in form of CDR pay order or demand draft with copy attached in technical bid and original submitted at least one day before opening with validity of 90 days - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders representatives with evaluation as per PPRA rules and rates quoted inclusive of all taxes - Pro Tip: ensure submission of both scanned and original bid security within specified timelines to avoid disqualification
