Procurement Of Stationery Computer Supplies And Transport Re Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of multiple goods and services under framework contract on lot wise basis including - paper reams and envelopes - toner for photocopy and fax machines - file covers and flappers - miscellaneous stationery items - registers and folders - printer toners - toner for color printers - tissue paper items - cleaning and hygiene items - towel and duster - mosquito control items - crockery utility and electrical items - cleaning tools and floor care items - dashboards for vehicles - rim BP - tyres for transport fleet. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure via EPADS and bidders must submit technical and financial bids separately along with scanned and original bid security of 3 percent for each lot. Technical samples are required for all items except transport repair lots. Bids must be submitted electronically before 01:00 PM and will be opened at 01:30 PM on the same day. Eligible bidders must be registered with tax authorities and EPADS and comply with all documentation requirements. Performance guarantee of 10 percent will be required from successful bidders.
