Infrastructure Improvement And Beautification Works In Pesha Tender Notice
Description
Execute uplift and beautification works including infrastructure improvement across multiple locations such as Urmar Lala Mera Kachori Wadpaga Kankola Chamkani Pakha Ghulam Phandu Mussazai Chowa Gujjar Chughal Pura Haryana Khazana Nahaqi Gulbela covering rural and urban areas with comprehensive civil works development and enhancement activities. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically via EPADS with financial proposals also submitted physically through courier. Technical proposals will be evaluated first and only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial bid opening. Bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost in the form of call deposit is mandatory and bidders must be PEC registered contractors enlisted with relevant departments. Pre bid clarification deadline is specified and financial bid opening will be communicated after technical evaluation.
