Execution of repair maintenance and improvement works including renovation of Warden House at Township Campus and establishment of aluminum partition based faculty offices eleven numbers in Division of Education Building first floor - includes all civil and finishing works as per BOQs and specifications - bidding will be conducted through e tendering system on e PADs as per PPRA rules using item rate basis - bidders must upload earnest money in shape of CDR or bank guarantee in favor of Treasurer and submit original before opening time otherwise disqualification will apply - bids will be opened in meeting room in presence of contractors and committee - contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on PPRA portal - fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure timely upload of bid security and submission of original instrument to avoid rejection
