Repair renovation and maintenance works of public sector college buildings including Government Graduate College Women Sahiwal under maintenance and repair grant - includes civil works as per DNIT and BOQs specifications - bidding will be conducted through e PADs using item rate basis - bidders must upload 5 percent earnest money in shape of CDR and submit original before opening time otherwise disqualification will apply - bids will be opened in presence of contractors at specified office - bidders must provide valid PEC license and submit complete financial bids with item wise rates otherwise bids will be considered non responsive - performance guarantee of 10 percent required for successful bidder and procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 Pro Tip Ensure complete BOQ submission and compliance with bid security requirements to avoid rejection
