Construction and development works including - establishment of two entry gates with plantation activities - construction and development of chowk at bypass area under district uplift and beautification scheme using single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS requiring bidders to be registered with EPADS KPPRA Pakistan Engineering Council KPRA FBR and Local Council Board with active status and submission of bids electronically along with physical submission of original bid security in form of call deposit receipt equal to 2 percent of estimated cost with strict compliance to bidding document requirements including rate analysis where applicable with bid validity of 120 days and evaluation based on responsiveness and compliance while tie cases decided through draw and authority reserves right to reject bids under procurement rules - Pro Tip Ensure accurate rate quoting in both words and figures and complete submission of documents to avoid non responsiveness
