Execution of dredging and desilting works for urban waterways including clearance of nullahs channels and tributaries such as Muqam Nullah Rustam Khwar Badri Nullah Zanday Nullah Naranji Nullah Shagai Nullah and flood carrier channels across Swabi and Mardan districts using single stage single envelope procedure through EPADS requiring contractors with valid PEC registration KPRA and FBR active status with submission of bids electronically and bid security in form of call deposit receipt along with mandatory documents including performance certificates and rate analysis where required with pre bid meeting scheduled on 06-05-2026 at 02:00 PM and bid submission deadline on 13-05-2026 at 12:00 PM with opening at 12:30 PM and evaluation based on BOQ above below system and KPPRA compliance - Pro Tip Upload complete and legible documents to avoid non responsive classification
