Rehabilitation Housing Development Scheme Dunyapur Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for rehabilitation of ADS-II Dunyapur housing development scheme through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Interested contractors and firms registered on E-PADS and registered with FBR and PRA having active NTN and PNTN are eligible to participate. Estimated project cost is PKR 582504765 with earnest money amounting to PKR 29125238. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR valid for bid validity period plus twenty days is mandatory in soft and hard copy form. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids while technically non responsive financial bids shall remain unopened on E-PADS. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or conditional bids shall be rejected. No hand delivered postal or telegraphic bids shall be accepted. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
