Prequalification Relief Goods Flood Response Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification applications are invited for provision of standardized relief goods and equipment for flood and monsoon season 2026 under fiscal year 2026-2027 through E-Tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement includes food hampers cooked food mosquito nets charpai cots drinking water transportation vehicles flour plastic mats animal fodder and mattresses. Interested companies vendors firms contractors and general order suppliers registered on E-PADs and with PRA are eligible to apply. Applicants must complete registration on Punjab EPADS website and submit all documents required in prequalification documents. Government servants and blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted according to prevailing rules. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all prequalification proposals and may communicate grounds of rejection upon request. Applications for prequalification shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and opened on the same day after submission deadline.
