Procurement Of Toners And Cartridges Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of toners and cartridges under framework contract modality through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022 amended. Ravi Urban Development Authority invites sealed bids from vendors suppliers firms companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax and registration authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Department RUDA upon submission of non refundable tender fee of PKR 10000 through pay order or CDR valid for 90 days in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority. Sealed bids must be submitted before prescribed deadline and will be opened in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Incomplete overwritten bids or bids without required fee shall be rejected.
