Construction Repair Maintenance Works Procurement Tender Notice
Description
E-tendering notice for construction repair and maintenance works through PPRA E-Tendering System from contractors and firms registered with Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Contractors are required to upload scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt equal to 3 percent of estimated cost in favor of District and Sessions Judge Toba Tek Singh and submit original CDR before bid opening. Complete bidding documents must be uploaded on EPADS and contractors shall attend office of District and Sessions Judge Toba Tek Singh on 20.05.2026 at 11:00 AM where bids will be retrieved and successful bidders announced at 11:30 AM. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee within 15 days otherwise earnest money shall be forfeited. All bidders are required to quote rates against each DNIT and BOQ item and fill all rate analysis summary pages otherwise bids shall be declared non-responsive. Submission of fake CDR or false information shall result in disqualification and legal action under PPRA Rules. Successful bidder shall also submit 0.25 percent stamp duty as per law.
