Auction Of Pear Fruit Orchard Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for sale of pear fruit orchard located within the premises of University of Engineering and Technology Mardan New Campus Mayar Road Platoo. Open bidding is invited from interested eligible individuals contractors and parties for auction of pear orchard on as-is where-is basis. Auction will be held on 21-05-2026 at 11:00 AM. All participants are required to deposit advance amount of PKR 10000 before participation which shall be refunded after completion of bidding process. Successful bidder shall deposit complete approved amount in the relevant university account within prescribed time after approval. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons. Pro Tip: Interested bidders should arrange advance deposit and inspect orchard conditions before participating in the auction.
