Public auction of municipal revenue contracts and facilities for fiscal year 2026-27 covering the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The auction includes Toll Tax Check Posts and General Bus Stand with bid security Rs. 5,000,000, Cattle Market Contract with bid security Rs. 2,000,000, Advertisement Tax Contract with bid security Rs. 5,000,000, Slaughter House Contract with bid security Rs. 500,000, Professional Tax Contract with bid security Rs. 1,000,000, Waiting Areas at Nangi and Chowk Shaheedan on monthly rent basis, Poultry Waste and Garbage Collection Contract with bid security Rs. 50,000, Livestock Gate Contract with bid security Rs. 500,000, Installation of 10x20 SMD Displays within municipal limits with bid security Rs. 500,000 per SMD and fixed monthly plate tax, Seventeen Shops near Slaughter House on monthly rent basis, Park 2/F on monthly rent basis, Aftab Park 1/F on monthly rent basis and Staff Colony Park on monthly rent basis. Auction participants must submit bid security through pay order along with attested copy of CNIC and valid contractor registration licence for 2026-27. Blacklisted individuals or firms and defaulters of local government institutions are not eligible. Registration with Local Government Board Muzaffarabad for 2026-27 is mandatory. The authority reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning reasons. If auction is not finalized on the scheduled date, re-auction proceedings shall be conducted on subsequent notified dates.
