Construction Of Residential And Institutional Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Construction works at Gaddani District Hub including construction of Doctors Apartments - construction of Senior Doctors Accommodation - construction of Labor Colony - construction of Hostel Block for Labour - construction of School facilities and associated infrastructure works. Electronic bids are invited through single stage two envelope bidding procedure from firms registered with PEC in category C3 or above for year 2025-26. Bidders must be registered with Active Taxpayers List of FBR National Tax Number and Balochistan Revenue Authority. An original affidavit on Rs.100 judicial stamp paper regarding non-blacklisting by any Government Semi-Government or Autonomous body is mandatory. Tender documents are available through EPADS Version 2.0 and PPRA portal. Tender fee of Rs.2000 non-refundable is required through bank challan. Earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of estimated cost shall be submitted as bid security in favor of Project Director MUGSBRI. Procurement shall be conducted under PPRA Rules 2004.
