Procurement Of Drugs Medicines And Dental Materials Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of drugs medicines medical devices surgical disposables dressings and dental materials for financial year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited from manufacturers sole agents and sole importers registered with e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System and relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid documents containing specifications and terms conditions are available on PPRA and e-PADS portals. Bidders shall submit online bids along with 2% bid security in shape of Bank Draft Bank Guarantee CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Banker's Cheque with technical proposal. Original bid security must be submitted before bid opening in addition to uploaded soft copy. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from opening date. Technical and financial proposals must include both brand names and generic names. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or wrongly submitted bids shall be rejected.
