Framework contract for financial year 2026-27 covering procurement of digital X-ray films - laboratory items - blood bank items - personal protective equipment (PPEs) - general store items - stationery - printing and publications - dental supplies - medical gases - local purchase medicines including medicine, surgical and disposable items - medicines under Social Welfare and Bait Ul Mal - medicines under Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP). Estimated package costs include Digital X-Ray Films Rs. 2 million, Laboratory Blood Bank Items and PPEs Rs. 5 million, General Store Items Rs. 5 million, Stationery Rs. 1 million, Printing and Publications Rs. 3 million, Dental Supplies Rs. 1 million, Medical Gases Rs. 3 million, Local Purchase Medicines Surgical and Disposable Rs. 10 million, Social Welfare and Bait Ul Mal Medicines Rs. 2 million and SSP Medicines Rs. 7 million. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS only. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost for each lot in the form of original CDR from a scheduled bank is mandatory. NTN and Sales Tax Registration certificates must be provided. Bid opening shall be conducted on the same day after submission closing.
