Procurement Of Dewatering System And Water Transfer Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of de-watering system with trolley having frame 5.5'x3' channel 4"x4" with tyre set including 12 inch 16 HP diesel engine, water sullage pump 4"x5" with flange bend, welding and transportation complete in all respects - Supply of canvas pipe 5 inch diameter made of PVC cloth material Korean brand - Supply of rubber suction pipe 5 inch diameter high pressure best quality - Supply of pipe clamp set and filter 5 inch best quality. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure will be adopted through E-PADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bidders must be registered with PEC and relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable. E-bids must be uploaded in PDF format on E-PADS and hard copies shall not be accepted. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. Conditional tenders will not be accepted and procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to 2024 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Performance guarantee up to 10% may be required for bids quoted more than 5% below estimated amount.
