Supply Of Contraceptive Medicines And Family Planning Devices Tender Notice

Procurement and rate contracting under framework agreement for supply of contraceptive and family planning items including - Combine Oral Contraceptive (COC) - DMPA Injection (3 Months) - Progestogen Only Pills (POP) - Emergency Contraceptive Pills (ECP) - Male Latex Condom - Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device (IUCD) - Implants (Single & Double Rod) - Disposable Auto-Disable Syringes for Injectable Contraceptives. Electronic bids are invited from eligible manufacturers and authorized importers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active on taxpayer list through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Mandatory bid security in shape of CDR or other permissible financial instrument is required as specified in bidding documents. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on bid opening date in presence of authorized representatives. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 21.05.2026 at 11:00 AM. Incomplete bids or bids received after due date and time shall not be entertained.
