Bulk Purchase Of Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework agreement for bulk purchase of medicines for year 2026-2027 from manufacturers sole agents and solo importers registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System and relevant tax and registration authorities. Electronic bids shall be received under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing specifications and terms conditions are available on PPRA E-PADS hospital and health department websites. Electronic bids must be submitted online through E-PADS along with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of bank draft bank guarantee call deposit receipt demand draft pay order or bankers cheque. Original bid security and affidavits are required before bid opening. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from opening date. Corrupt unreadable virus affected or wrongly submitted electronic bids shall be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
