Description
Procurement of contact center services to facilitate the IT Industry MARKAZ through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids are invited from reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Detailed selection criteria evaluation methodology and bidding documents are available on EPADS PPRA and official website. Bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS along with copy of bid security instrument in favor of procuring agency. Original bid security instrument must be submitted before bid closing time otherwise bid shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on same date at scheduled time. EPADS registration and training assistance is available through PPRA support team.
