Construction Supervision Consultancy Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consultancy services for construction supervision of reconstruction and upgradation of airside pavements and replacement of passenger boarding bridges at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore. Requests for proposals are invited through EPADS v2.0 from eligible consultants registered on EPADS. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Proposals must be accompanied by bid security in shape of pay order bank guarantee or bid securing declaration in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Original technical bid along with physical bid security must be submitted before closing time while financial proposal shall only be uploaded on EPADS. Manual submission of proposals shall not be entertained. Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified under Rule 48 of PPRA Rules 2004.
