Hiring Services For Energy Conservation Events Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services for organizing events on energy efficiency and conservation in Punjab through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. Interested sole proprietors firms and companies are invited to participate in single stage single envelope bidding procedure by uploading separate technical and financial proposals along with copy of CDR valued at 2% of estimated amount in favor of Managing Director PEECA. Original CDR must be submitted in hard form before closing time. Bidding documents are available on PEECA and EPADS websites and pre-bid meeting will be conducted according to schedule available on EPADS. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on 02-06-2026 at 02:30 PM. Procuring agency will address clarification requests from prospective applicants.
