Framework Agreement For Bulk Purchase Of Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines through framework agreement for bulk purchase during fiscal year 2026-2027 under single stage two envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers sole agents and sole importers registered with EPADS and relevant tax authorities. Bidders must submit electronic proposals through EPADS along with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in the form of bank draft bank guarantee CDR demand draft pay order or bankers cheque. Original bid security and affidavits are required before opening of bids. Bid validity shall remain 180 days and hard copies are not required. Corrupt unreadable virus infected or incorrectly submitted bids shall be rejected. Technical and financial proposals shall be processed electronically and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of bidder representatives.
