Construction Of Khurshidabad Hydropower Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction works for 2.71 MW Khurshidabad Hydropower Project including diversion weir intake connecting channel sand trap power channel access roads forebay power house tail race staff quarters security post supply and installation of penstock and spillway pipes and allied civil and hydraulic steel works through single stage two envelope e-bidding procedure under AJK PPRA Rules 36(b). Eligible contractors and firms licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-3 and above with specialization codes CE-04 and CE-10 may participate. Foreign firms may participate through approved joint ventures with Pakistani construction firms. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through E-Bidding Dashboard before the closing schedule. Bid security in specified amounts must be uploaded through scheduled banks or Bank of AJK. Additional bid security shall be required where quoted rates are more than 10% below estimated cost. Original bank receipts signed bidding documents technical bids and financial bids must be submitted within 48 hours after opening of technical bids. Blacklisted firms are not eligible and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting is mandatory. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 22-05-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of Dy. Director Civil Power Development Organization Upper Chatter Muzaffarabad AJK. Procuring agency reserves rights to reject bids under clause 33 of AJK PPRA Rules.
