Patch Work And Road Safety Works Tender Notice
Description
Patch work and road safety works on Kahutta Khurshidabad Road with total length of 17 Km in District Haveli. Sealed bids are invited under Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure from eligible firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council and having endorsement in C&W Government AJ&K for FY 2025-26 with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10 and category C-6 and above. Bidding shall be carried out on MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 Murree on percentage above or below basis. Contractors are required to quote rates both in words and figures and only two digits after the decimal point shall be considered. Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required. Bidding documents may be obtained upon written application and presentation of original PEC license. All bids must be submitted in sealed form. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Conditional incomplete bids and bids filled with lead pencil shall not be accepted. Contractors involved in litigation against PWD are not eligible for issuance of bidding documents.
