Electrification And Feeder Bifurcation Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of multiple electrification and feeder bifurcation works under National Competitive Bidding through EPADS using single stage single envelope e-bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. Works include bifurcation of 11 KV feeders electrification works area planning commercial feeder creation transportation of HT LT spun poles installation of independent express feeder lines reconducting rerouting of feeders and electrification works in districts Upper Dir Mardan D I Khan Kohat Swabi Bunir Malakand Karak Lakki Marwat Shangla and Swat. Eligible contractors registered with PPRA EPADS and Pakistan Engineering Council renewed for 2025-26 with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05 may participate. Bidders must submit audited financial records active FBR and KPRA status and evidence of similar contracts completed within last ten years. Tender fee of Rs 2000 per project and bid security at 2% of estimated project cost in shape of CDR are mandatory while additional 3% bid security shall apply for bids below 10% of engineered estimate. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS duly signed and stamped. Conditional incomplete and misleading bids shall be rejected and blacklisting action may be initiated against firms submitting false documents.
