Community Infrastructure And Mosque Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of multiple development works including rehabilitation and repair of mosque facilities at Faqeer Abad, construction of PCC streets, pavements, drains, culverts, retaining walls, solar integrated lights, PCC works in various union councils, and construction and renovation of mosque infrastructure. Procurement is being conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible PEC registered contractors with relevant civil, electrification and solarization codes may participate. Total works include multiple development schemes under ASDI 2025-26. Bid security at 2% of engineer estimate is required with additional security where applicable for below-estimate bids. Detailed rate analysis may be required. Electronic bid submission and hard copy requirements apply. Bids remain valid for 120 days. Active PEC, FBR and KPRA registrations are mandatory.
