Hospital Equipment And Supply Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Provide framework contract services and supplies including repair and maintenance of medical equipment purchase of stationery computer stationery furniture general store items information technology items linen items medical equipment printing items machinery and equipment and repair of machinery and equipment for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted exclusively through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014 amended. Eligible firms shall upload technical and financial proposals along with requisite documents and bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Bankers Cheque or Pay Order. Original bid security must be submitted before or on bid opening date otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 22-05-2026 at 11:30 AM in conference room for addressing bidder queries. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept reject or cancel bids at any stage.
