Framework Contracts For Hospital Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement through framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 including bulk medicines - surgical and disposable items - dialysis items - laundry services - repair and maintenance of air conditioning systems - repair and maintenance of hemodialysis machines with RO systems - general store items - bedding and cloth items - X-Ray and CT Scan films. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS using electronic bidding under applicable PPRA rules and Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS. E-bids shall contain technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes. Single stage two-envelope bidding procedure shall apply. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required and a scanned copy must be uploaded through E-PADS. Successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order. Rates must include all applicable federal and provincial taxes. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the bidding documents. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM on the respective opening dates.
