Procurement Of Support Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Provide support staff services under framework contract for Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) using E-PADS platform only. Eligible established organizations companies and firms registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and E-PADS may participate. Estimated procurement value is Rs. 79.00 million with refundable earnest money amounting to Rs. 1,580,000/- in shape of Bank Guarantee Call Deposit Bank Draft Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Chief Executive Officer PEIMA. Scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded online while original sealed bid security must be delivered before closing date and time. Only technically qualified bidders shall be invited for opening of financial bids. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals before acceptance.
