Special Repair Of Hostel Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Special repair of two hostel buildings A and B at Rachna College of Engineering and Technology Gujranwala through single stage single envelope bidding procedure under PPRA E Tendering System. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council PRA and income tax authorities for year 2025-26 are invited to participate. Estimated project cost is PKR 3,561,570 with bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in the form of CDR in favor of Project Director UET Lahore. Original bid security must be submitted before technical bid opening on June 10 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at UET Lahore. Completion period for works is two months and eligible PEC category is C-6 or above. Pro Tip: Ensure no cutting or amendments in uploaded bids and submit original earnest money documents before deadline.
