Procurement Of X Ray Films And Medical Gases Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of X-Ray films and medical gases for financial year 2026-2027 through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on single stage two envelope basis. Eligible firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on Active Taxpayers List of FBR may participate. Lot 1 includes X-Ray Films with estimated cost Rs.31301250 and bid security Rs.626025. Lot 2 includes Medical Gases with estimated cost Rs.61543000 and bid security Rs.1230860. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS before 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Hard copies of technical bids and bid security/performance guarantee are also mandatory before deadline. Procuring procedure shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers should submit both electronic and hard copy technical documents with valid bid security before deadline to avoid non-responsive status.
