Purchase Of Office Furniture And Chairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office furniture and seating items including office tables - computer tables - sofa sets - revolving chairs for officers - office chairs cone type - office chairs poshish type - presiding chairs - computer chairs - side and book racks - center tables - and litigant benches for District Courts Bhakkar. E-bids are invited from companies firms and individuals registered with e-PADS under PPRA Punjab and having active Income Tax and General Sales Tax status. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Bid security amounting to PKR 210,631 equal to 5% of total estimated cost of PKR 4,212,620 is mandatory in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favor of District & Sessions Judge Bhakkar. Original bid security must also be submitted before tender closing time to Senior Accountant Sessions Courts Bhakkar. Bids shall remain valid for 30 days from opening date. Bid submission deadline is 09-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and bids shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM in presence of bidders.
