Description
Procurement of drugs and medicines for the financial year 2026-2027 for Mayo Hospital Lahore on free delivery to consignee end basis under framework contract arrangement. E-bids are invited from manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals registered with PPRA on E-PADS. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated tender cost is PKR 1,192,577,667 for A-01 category medicines and drugs. Tender closing date is 06-06-2026 at 10:30 AM and opening time is 11:00 AM in Conference Room of Surgical Tower Mayo Hospital Lahore in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Original 1% bid security in shape of CDR Pay Order or Bank Draft is mandatory on tender opening day otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bidders are also required to submit samples of quoted items in relevant store on the same day of opening. Procurement process shall be carried out through E-PADS as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date.
