Description
Framework contract for local purchase of drugs, medicines, surgical and disposable items including medicines for social welfare and Bait-ul-Mal requirements during financial year 2026-27. Procurement includes multinational manufacturer medicines, national manufacturer medicines and surgical or disposable items on discount basis from retail prices. Bidding shall be conducted through E-PADS using Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required separately for each procurement component in the form of original CDR from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS and opened at 11:05 AM on the closing date. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
