Prequalification of firms companies contractors general order suppliers and vendors for provision of standardized disaster relief goods and services for Flood and Monsoon Season 2026 under financial year 2026-2027 through E-Tendering. Procurement includes food hampers ration bags drinking water flour rice cooked food transportation services catering services tents ropes mosquito nets life jackets plastic mats charpai mattresses animal fodder and vehicles for relief goods transportation. Deputy Commissioner and Chairman District Disaster Management Authority Murree invites applications from firms registered on E-PADS under PPRA with relevant experience in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. Interested parties must submit applications through E-PADS by 08-06-2026 up to 10:00 AM and applications will be opened same day at 11:00 AM. Firms must not be government servants or blacklisted. All applicable government taxes shall apply. Procurement documents are available free of cost on PPRA website.
