Hiring Advertising Agencies For Media Campaigns Tender Notice

Prequalification and hiring of advertising agencies for print media advertisements electronic media advertisements digital media advertisements outdoor media advertisements production of documentaries indoor displays cinema advertisements and cable media advertisements for financial year 2026-2027 through competitive bidding process under Rules 16 and 17 of PPRA Rules 2014. Directorate General Public Relations Punjab invites applications from sole proprietorships partnership firms and companies for awareness and publicity campaigns regarding government policies initiatives and programs. Agencies may participate in one or more categories separately. Prequalification initially for one year extendable up to six months. Applications must be submitted through EPADS by 10-06-2026 at 02:00 PM and opening will be held same day at 02:30 PM. Prequalification documents are available free of cost on DGPR Punjab website PPRA website and EPADS portal.
