Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority invites sealed bids from reputable national and international hotel operators and hospitality brands for outsourcing of management and operations of Swat Hotel Building formerly operated as Swat Serena Hotel on as is where is basis under Government Rest Houses and Tourism Properties Development Management and Regularization Act 2020 and KPPRA Rules 2014. Lease period shall be 33 years. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted by 22-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and technical proposals will be opened same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security equal to 2% of quoted amount in shape of CDR is required in favor of KPK Culture and Tourism Authority Fund Account. Pre bid road show and meeting will be held on 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM at Swat Hotel Building.
