Hiring Of Hotel Services For Airline Crew Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of hotel services for cabin crew, cockpit crew and aircraft engineers at Faisalabad and Lahore. Bids are invited from hotels registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents are available through the airline website, PPRA website and E-PADS. Tender fee of PKR 15,000 for each tender shall be submitted through pay order with the technical proposal. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and manual bids without electronic submission shall not be accepted. Original pay order for tender fee and bid security must accompany the hard copy of the technical proposal. Procurement shall be conducted under applicable PPRA rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure E-PADS submission is completed successfully and original financial instruments reach the procuring agency before bid opening.
