Execution of balance work for establishment of municipal committee and provision of municipal services in Bara Bazar Khyber District including municipal internal road works entry gate revised scope and public latrine construction under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through E-PADS - Eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above possessing relevant codes CE-01 CE-10 CE-11 ME-03 ME-06 EE-04 and EE-11 may participate - Bidders must also be enlisted with Communication and Works Department registered with KPRA and active with FBR - Bid security in shape of CDR and non-refundable tender fee are mandatory - Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS and opened at office of Executive Engineer Building Division Khyber - Procurement shall follow KPPRA Rules and E-PADS procedures - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Civil infrastructure contractors should ensure valid PEC registration and compliance with E-PADS electronic submission requirements before bid closing.
