Procurement of surgical disposable medical supplies and anesthesia operation theatre items for fiscal year 2026-2027 through E-PADS under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 - Eligible firms vendors and suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax departments and possessing valid Drug Sale License under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules may participate - Bid security amounts of Rs.200000 and Rs.100000 are mandatory for respective categories - Electronic bids along with scanned documents must be submitted through E-PADS while original call deposit receipt and attested documents shall be submitted physically before closing time - Bidders are required to quote brand names only and provide samples for quality evaluation by hospital committee - Approved rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 under framework contract provisions - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Medical supply vendors should ensure valid drug sale licensing and submission of product samples with complete EPADS documentation for technical evaluation.
