Procurement Of Medicines Dialysis And Surgical Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines, dialysis consumables, disposable items and surgical supplies under the Sehat Sahulat Program through local purchase arrangements for the fiscal year 2026-27. Selection of medicine suppliers shall be based on maximum discount offered on retail prices and provision of surgical and disposable items at market rates in accordance with KPPRA rules. Separate quotations shall be submitted for dialysis-related items. Eligible bidders must provide valid drug sale license Category A or B, Form 9 and Form 11, certified CNIC copies and other required documents. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Tender documents and item lists may be obtained during office hours or through EPADS. Bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and financial bids with required call deposit receipts must be submitted before the specified deadline. Successful supplier shall establish a dedicated pharmacy for Sehat Sahulat Program patients and provide medicines, disposables and surgical items as authorized. CDR requirement includes medicines, disposables and surgical items as well as dialysis items. Applicable taxes shall be deducted as per government rules.
