Execution of beautification improvement of culturally significant structures and installation of street lights at multiple union councils in District Bannu under Provincial ADP scheme through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure - Eligible government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with Communication and Works Department may participate - Technical and financial bids are required through EPADS while financial proposals shall also be submitted through registered courier service - Bid security equal to 2 percent in shape of call deposit in favor of Assistant Director Senior LG&RDD H.Q Bannu is mandatory - Technical proposals shall be evaluated according to specified criteria and only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening - Bids shall remain valid for 90 days and matters related to securities shall be governed under KPPRA notifications - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Infrastructure and electrical contractors should ensure valid PEC registration and complete technical documentation for successful qualification.
