Supply of white papers toners and office stationery for one year on free delivery basis to head office under procurement process requiring material conformity with specifications mentioned in bidding documents - Sealed tenders are invited from FBR registered firms and suppliers - Bid security of Rs.50000 valid for 120 days in shape of bank guarantee call deposit demand draft or pay order in favor of CEO is mandatory - Prices must remain firm and final on DDP basis without foreign exchange involvement - Full tender quantity bidding is compulsory and blacklisted firms are not eligible - Tender documents are available against non refundable fee of Rs.2000 - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Stationery suppliers should submit affidavit regarding non blacklisting and ensure full quantity bidding with valid STRN and NTN documents.
