Construction repair and renovation works for graveyards janazgah shamshan ghat and community centers for minorities including construction of boundary wall gate prayer room water pump veranda for dead body cremation at village Rattiyan Sayedian District Sialkot - renovation and provision of missing facilities in Christian Community Graveyard Sialkot - construction of boundary wall with safety wire main gate and rooms in community center of Swover Sahib Gurdwara Babe De Bair Sahib Sialkot - construction of boundary wall with safety wire and missing facilities in Christian Community Graveyard Sialkot. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category and above with specialized code BC-02 and relevant conservation experience are eligible. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted with technical and financial bids uploaded on EPADS along with scanned CDR. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost through scheduled bank CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before closing time. Online item rates submission is mandatory and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid opening shall take place at 02:30 PM on the same date. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rules 2014 amended version. Pro Tip: Ensure complete EPADS registration and submission of original CDR before bid opening time to avoid disqualification.
