Road Maintenance And Lane Marking Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works including road maintenance at Zain Pur in front of Hafsa National School Bhera on Bhera Malikwal Road and lane marking improvement works from Kalma Chowk Bhera to AC Office on Bhera Malikwal Road in District Sargodha. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories with valid PEC license for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be furnished before bid opening otherwise bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Lowest evaluated bidder shall provide 10 percent performance guarantee in approved financial instrument form. Contractors must quote item rates and total amounts electronically through PPRA portal. Rigid pavement work shall use concrete batching plant and paving machine while TST DST surfacing shall be executed through mechanized system. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
