Annual Municipal Services And Supplies Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Annual contracts for Financial Year 2026-27 including tentage, canopies, chairs, sofas and carpets on rental basis - machinery with POL and operators on rental basis - temporary lights - sound systems and generators - streamers, flex banners and display materials - desilting of sewer lines - provision of RCC, RPC and iron manhole covers and rings - paint, distemper, white wash, weather shield, lane marking and plaster works - rehabilitation and improvement of roads, streets, drains and nallahs - flags, badges, prizes, sports items, fireworks, sweets and food items - electric and street light items - supply of plants, grass and soil for parks and green belts. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required separately for each contract. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 30-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Pro Tip: Submit complete EPADS bid with original bid security for the relevant contract before the deadline.
