Renovation Upgradation Buildings Furniture And Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and upgradation works for existing art council buildings including provision of furniture plant and machinery under ADF 2025-26. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council valid for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR must be uploaded electronically and original CDR submitted before bid opening otherwise bids shall be considered non-responsive. Contractors are required to quote rates against each BOQ entry and incomplete financial bids blank DNIT BOQs or missing rate analysis pages shall not be considered. Performance guarantee amounting to 10 percent shall be required from successful bidders in approved financial instrument form. Bids will be opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee and procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Upload original procuring agency BOQ files with complete rate analysis and submit physical financial instruments before deadline to avoid disqualification.
