Description
Supply of seasonal flower seedlings for Horticulture Agency Gujrat under single stage single envelope bidding procedure for financial year 2025-26. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab E-PADS are eligible to participate. Earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favour of Deputy Director Horticulture Agency Gujrat must be uploaded electronically and original CDR submitted before opening of bids otherwise firms shall be considered non-responsive. Lowest bidders quoting below approved DNIT threshold shall deposit additional performance security from scheduled bank within two days of issuance of notice. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and fake documents may lead to blacklisting proceedings. Pro Tip: Ensure valid PEC registration and timely submission of original CDR before opening time to maintain bid eligibility.
